It’s a small charge, and probably worth it….I have not exchanged or returned anything, but the U.S. Mail has become rather unreliable. So the small fee is probably worth paying since the risk of loss or theft is pretty high. 😔
I have purchased this before, and replaced the one that was too old to keep using. This is very good for dark circles, you only need a small amount
