USA: orders >$75 USD automatically ship free!
International : orders >$150 USD ship free!
Our goal is to ship orders the same day if they are received by 12 PM Pacific Monday through Friday. If this is not possible, orders will be shipped the following business day.

QUESTION: Help! Omiana does not ship to my country, but I’d really like to order!
We do not have an exact date for when we will ship to more countries, so please check back periodically—and again, subscribing to our infrequent, fun newsletters will keep you posted on updates such as new ship-to locations!
QUESTION: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Priority USPS (and DHL for non-USA) are our fastest options right now. We cannot overnight packages at this time.
QUESTION: Can you ship to somewhere other than my billing address?
Sure! Just input the correct info when checking out. Once packages are in the mail, we cannot alter addresses.
QUESTION: Are international orders tracked?
They are; you will get an automated email with your tracking link after your initial order confirmation.
QUESTION: How do I check the status of my order?
Simply click the tracking URL in your shipping confirmation email. ALL emails receive tracking. (Note to gmail users: Sometimes we land in the 'promotional' folder or junk/spam folder, so please check it if we're not in your main inbox.)
